Tonight's Must-See
"Happy Days 30th Reunion Special," 7 p.m., ABC. With old TV shows thriving on DVD, producers turn out more and better reunion specials. This one, packed with clips, is fun. All the key players are back. Ron Howard, now a great director at 50, still looks boyish. Henry Winkler is a successful producer at 59. The show premiered in January 1974. In less than three years it was No. 1 in the Nielsen ratings. It later spun off "Laverne & Shirley" (another No. 1 show) and "Mork & Mindy" (No. 3). "A League of Their Own" (1992), 3:45 p.m., HBO. Penny Marshall (star of the spinoff "Laverne & Shirley" and the sister of "Happy Days" producer Garry Marshall), beautifully directed this story of a women's pro baseball league during the wartime 1940s. "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 7 and 8 p.m., CBS. First is a rerun to replace "Wickedly Perfect," which has been demoted to Saturdays; a body is found during a relay race in the desert. Then a new episode, probes into the past of Sara (Jorja Fox). "The O.C.," 7 p.m., Fox. The marriage of Sandy and Kirsten has seemed solid. Now his former love, played by Kim Delaney ("NYPD Blue"), arrives to complicate things. Also, Ryan and Caleb get into an argument. "Joey," 7 p.m., NBC. Joey has a chance to be on Jay Leno's show. Now, can he get there in time? "The Apprentice," 8 p.m., NBC. The teams must devise a campaign for an instant coffee; and one candidate makes a bold decision. "Point Pleasant," 8 p.m., Fox. There are complications at two big social bashes a beach party for the teens and a dinner party hosted by Lucas Boyd, who is (literally) the devil's advocate. "Without a Trace," 9 p.m., CBS. An autistic boy disappears during a school trip and his locating device has been removed.
