Retired Seventh-day Adventist pastor-evangelist in the Philippines, California and Hawai'i. KIMIKO "KAY" OKAMITSU CHONG, 77, of Honolulu, died Jan. 29, 2005. Born in Lahaina, Maui. A celebration of life for WALTER MAILAND FREDERICKSEN JR., a University of Hawai'i professor, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Bailey House Museum, Wailuku, Maui. Born in Missouri, he died Jan. 23, 2005 at age 70. Survived by son, Erik; daughter, Kirsten; sisters, Paula Dutcher and Judith Hignight; five grandchildren. No flowers.
