Bamboo Ridge Press issues an open call for poetry and prose for the next edition of Journal of Hawai'i Literature and Arts. The Hawai'i Literary Arts Council and The Cades Foundation seek nominations for the 2005 Cades Award for Literature in two categories: an established artist with a large body of work relating to Hawai'i, or an up-and-coming artist with substantial potential.
