Tonight's Must-See

"Amazing Race" finale, 8 p.m., CBS. Don't expect an underdog winner. Gone are the old people and the odd people; the four surviving duos are young, fit and pretty. Now they scramble for the million-dollar prize. Hayden and Aaron, 25, are actors living together in Los Angeles. Adam, 27, and Rebecca, 29, are former personal trainers in Los Angeles who used to date. Freddy, 34, and Kendra, 25, are models in Miami and are engaged. Kris, 30, and Jon, 29, date each other long-distance, between her job as a cocktail waitress in Long Beach, Calif., and his as a restaurant partner in Scottsdale, Ariz.

"Gilmore Girls," 7 p.m., WB. This drama-comedy series has always seemed like a long shot. Tonight, however, it has its 100th episode. Richard and Emily are getting remarried. The fun parts come when Rory (their granddaughter) makes a romantic move — and when her dad drinks heavily and makes things messy for everyone.
