AWO AKI JR., a,lso known as GREGORY AWO AKI, 84, of Honolulu, died Feb. 6, 2005. Born in Pu'u'eo, Hilo, Hawai'i. Retired from U.S. Army; and as a federal supply clerk. Survived by sons, Barry, James and Michael; daughters, Aileen Adams, Winifred Tamaye and Ellen; half-sister, Uluwehi Gheesling; half-brothers, David and Henry Anakalea; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Service 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. Inurnment in Hilo. No flowers; donations to Hospice Hawaii. Arrangements by Woolsey-Hosoi Mortuary Services.

JOSEPH "JOEY" B. CALARRUDA IV, 45, of Makaha, died Feb. 5, 2005. Born in Honolulu. HARUE "LYNN" HONDA, 87, of Honolulu, died Jan. 28, 2005. Born in Honolulu. Retired Boise Cascade employee. WINIFRED OUDERKIRK KING, 84, of Medford, Ore., formerly of Hilo, Hawai'i, died Jan. 30, 2005. Born on O'ahu. Graduated from Punahou School; was a Hilo hospice volunteer.
