Advertiser Staff
Aloha Airlines and the union representing 330 Aloha mechanics and inspectors have reached a tentative, five-year agreement, subject to union ratification, the company announced yesterday.
The tentative pact with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers' District Lodge 142 follows another tentative agreement that Aloha has reached with the Air Line Pilots Association.
Aloha also announced that its 444 unionized flight attendants have ratified a new contract. The contract with members of the Association of Flight Attendants runs Feb. 1, 2005, through Jan. 1, 2007
Aloha's largest union, the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers' District Lodge 141, has already ratified a new 4 1/2-year contract.
No agreement has been reached yet with the Transport Workers Union, representing dispatchers.
