Tonight's Must-See

"24," 8 p.m., Fox. Few shows can deliver a thrill as powerfully as "24." Terrorists have rigged six nuclear plants to explode. Now Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) and others race to stop them. Their only lead is the terrorist Araz family with the dad trying to kill his teen son.

"American Experience: Kinsey," 9 p.m., PBS. In 1948, Alfred Kinsey issued a startling report stating that sexual experience was far more varied than what Americans thought.

On one hand, this well-made documentary says, Kinsey fought an era of sexual biases. On the other, he introduced his own biases, leaving his research in dispute.

Of Note

"Fear Factor," 7 p.m., NBC. Here's the finale of a 7-week competition that began with seven couples. Three are left to face a stunt that includes leaping to a helicopter's rope ladder, being dropped onto a semi-truck and then driving the car that's inside.

"The Bachelorette," 8 p.m., ABC. Jen takes the final three guys on overnight trips, then picks two for next week's finale.

"Las Vegas," 8 p.m., NBC. Ed (James Caan) is in trouble with his wife (Cheryl Ladd) because he can't get out of jury duty on Valentine's Day. Meanwhile, Sam (Vanessa Marcil) gets a shock when she meets the big-spender (Dean Cain) she's been trying to lure.

"Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show," 8 p.m., USA. Both nights of this two-day competition features highlights of the show posted on streaming video at www.westminsterkennelclub.org.

"Two and a Half Men," 8:30 p.m., CBS. Things pile up on Alan: He's being audited and he's in charge of Jake during his ex-wife's vacation.

"Medium," 9 p.m., NBC. Allison dreams of a young woman jumping from a cliff. When the body is found, a complex case emerges.
