Tonight's Must-See
Complaints against them continue to pile up at the state health department. But these local restaurants are still open for business and serving you. Find out which restaurants are on the Dirty Dining list with KHNL News 8's Jodi Leong tonight at 6 and 10. "Gilmore Girls," 7 p.m., WB. Troubles boiled last week when Rory almost had sex during her grandparents' second wedding. Luke stormed out; tonight, Lorelai (Rory's mom and Luke's girlfriend) tries to find him.
"Lackawanna Blues," 7 p.m., HBO. If you missed this wonderful movie Saturday, catch it now. It's based on Ruben Santiago-Hudson's real-life childhood in a boarding house's chaos and warmth.
"Law & Order: Criminal Intent," 7 p.m., NBC. A supplier has been endangering lives by messing with shipments of a cancer-fighting drug. An investigation leads to a tougher issue of assisted suicide.
"My Wife and Kids," 7 p.m., ABC. David Alan Grier, Damon Wayans' old "In Living Color" colleague, plays an annoying guy who disrupts the family's Bahamas commercial. "The George Lopez Show," 7:30 p.m., ABC. A flashback to the days when George and his wife had to stay at his mom's place. "According to Jim," 8 p.m., ABC. Cheryl plans to secretly do the cooking so Dana can impress a boyfriend. But Jim objects. "Dr. Phil: A Primetime Special: Romance Rescue," 8 p.m. CBS. Shades of Cyrano de Bergerac. Dr. Phil actually whispers advice into someone's earpiece during a date. In another segment, he sits down with Jonathan Baker and Victoria Fuller, who displayed such a combative relationship on "The Amazing Race." "Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show," 8 p.m., USA. The two-day competition comes to a close with the naming of Best in Show. "NYPD Blue," 9 p.m., ABC. Tonight, with only three episodes remaining, Gordon Clapp gets the spotlight as earnest detective Greg Medavoy. On his last day of work, Medavoy has mixed feelings.
"House," 8 p.m., Fox. Colleagues have looked the other way as Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie) gobbles painkillers. Now comes an attempt to stop him, as House gropes with the case of a teen who is bleeding to death. Always a tough and irritable soul, House is now crumbling. It's another brilliant performance by Laurie, who was known in England for comedy, not drama.
