ALEXANDER R.K. BUCHANAN, 92, of Kalaheo, Kaua'i, died Feb. 14, 2005. Born in Lahaina, Maui. County of Kaua'i refuse collector. WILLIAM FLEISCHNER EHRMAN, 85, of Honolulu, died Feb. 15, 2005. Born in Portland, Ore. Business executive; owner of William F. Ehrman Inc. before joining L.H. Gamble.
