KAHUKU — Jennifer Rosales won her second career LPGA tournament today, while Honolulu teenager Michelle Wie was tied for second — her best finish at a professional tournament — at the season-opening SBS Open at Turtle Bay.

Rosales, a native of the Philippines, shot a 1-over 73 today in windy conditions at Turtle Bay's Palmer Course for a 8-under 208 total, and a two-stroke victory over Wie and Cristie Kerr, who shot a final round 72. Rosales, who won $150,000, went wire-to-wire in the 54-hole tournament.

Wie, a 15-year-old Punahou sophomore, shot her third straight 2-under 70, including a birdie on No. 18 today, for a 210. She entered the final round tied for fifth.

Wie's previous best finish was fourth at last year's Kraft Nabisco at Rancho Mirage, Calif., last March.
