Nancy Cai, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Xiang Cai of Cincinnati, and Chad Michael Seegers, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Seegers of Coatesville, Pa., were married Sept. 4 at Holy Communion Lutheran Church in Philadelphia. The reception followed at the Glen Foerd Mansion in Philadelphia. The bride, formerly of Cincinnati and Honolulu, is now Nancy Seegers. The groom is formerly of Coatesville and Honolulu. The couple live in Philadelphia.

Melissa Kate Andersen, daughter of David and Sarah Andersen of Kenosha, Wis., and Matthew Gordon Cho, son of Gordon and Mary Cho of 'Aiea, were married Aug. 28 at Kemper Center Chapel in Kenosha. The reception followed at the Kenosha Country Club. The bride, formerly of Kenosha (Tremper High/ University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse bachelor's), now Melissa Kate Cho, is a student and physical-therapy aide. The groom, formerly of Honolulu (Moanalua High/Kansas University bachelor's), is a captain in the Air Force. The couple live in Beaver Creek, Ohio.
