Those interested can find quick reads about each opera at www.hawaiiopera.org. The newly launched Web site features synopses of the opera stories. The HOT season launches Jan. 28 with "The Flying Dutchman," which also shows Jan. 30 and Feb. 1. "Susannah" will be performed Feb. 11, Feb. 13 and Feb. 15. "Turandot" is scheduled for Feb. 25, Feb. 27, March 1 and March 3. Ticket information: 596-7858 or www.hawaiiopera.org.
