Watumull buys Kalihi warehouse

Advertiser Staff

Honolulu-based real-estate investment firm Watumull Properties Corp. has purchased a Kalihi warehouse from Pacific Warehouse for an undisclosed price.

The 98,000-square-foot building at 801 Mo'owa'a St. is 100 percent leased by plumbing and building supply distributor Ferguson Enterprises and Business Cards Tomorrow.

Watumull Properties, an owner of primarily industrial real estate in Hawai'i, said it continues to seek additional commercial property investments locally.

Last year the company purchased two 1-acre parcels at Kapolei Business Park for future development, a former Mutual Welding facility at Campbell Industrial Park and West Maui Center in Lahaina.
