FRED RAMOS AUGUSTINE, 78, of Honolulu, died June 25, 2005. Born in Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines. A retired Kaiser Foundation Hospital and St. Francis Medical Center emergency room technician. MANABU "UNCLE MABU" KUNITAKE, 83, of Holualoa, Hawai'i, died June 29, 2005. Born in Holualoa. A gardener retired from Islander Inn; also utility worker at the former Kona Surf Hotel, and coffee farmer. Survived by wife, Myrtle; daughters, Cynthia Yamamoto and Laura Kunitake; a grandchild; sister, Amy Tari; hanai brother, George.
