DAVID ALLISON BLAIR, 75, of Tallahassee, Fla., formerly of Honolulu and Del Rio, Tex., died July 2, 2005. Born in Indianapolis, Ind. Retired decorated U.S. Navy chief petty officer, and naval band leader. Survived by wife, Lenore; sons, Mark, Eric and Christopher; daughter, Cheryl Casbeer; nine grandchildren. EDWARD MARTIN GARCIA JR., 42, of Wahiawa, died June 26, 2005. Born in Honolulu. An electric company laborer.
