Lt. Col. and Mrs. John A. Irvine of Leavenworth, Kan., announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Elizabeth Irvine, to Adam Pekeo Pihana, formerly of Honolulu, son of Lt. Col. and Mrs. Patrick P. Pihana of Tampa, Fla. The wedding is planned for July 23 at Memorial Chapel at Fort Leav-enworth.
