"House" is on at 8 p.m. on Fox. The cast for "House," clockwise from center: Hugh Laurie, Jesse Spencer, Lisa Edelstein, Omar Epps, Robert Sean Leonard, Jennifer Morrison.
"Empire," 9 p.m., ABC. Last week, the cunning Marc Antony tricked Octavius and his supporters. After a drunken orgy, he dropped poisonous asps in Octavius' bed. Octavius barely survived. Now, with his gladiator bodyguard back home, the young emperor-designate struggles to survive. That points toward next week's terrific finale.
OF NOTE
"Average Joe 4," 7 p.m., NBC. Things get rough when the Joes and the jocks compete in a roller derby. One guy from each side ends up on a romantic date with Anna.
"NCIS," 7 p.m., CBS. A guy wakes up with a dead female sailor in his bed. There's one complication: He insists she's not the same woman he came home with.
"My Wife and Kids," 7 p.m., ABC. Michael's wife notices that their son lavishes attention on his new wife; now Michael is expected to be affectionate, too.
"The George Lopez Show," 7:30 p.m., ABC. After having trouble at home, Ricky moves in with the Lopez family.
"I Want to Be a Hilton," 8 p.m., NBC. The contestants learn such skills as dog-grooming and speed croquet. Oddly, their teacher is boxer Lennox Lewis.
"Wide Angle: Future for Lebanon," 9 p.m., PBS. This hour looks at the state of the Lebanese government after the assassination of its former leader.
"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," 9 p.m., NBC. A murder takes police to meet a matriarch (Angela Lansbury) and her son (Alfred Molina).
