All superheroes to report for duty

"Shark Tale" is the feature film at Sunset on the Beach at Ali'i Beach Park, on the North Shore tonight.

Kids of all ages are invited to Super Hero Clinic 101, a seminar of empowerment in association with the film "Sky High," which opens Friday.

Participating experts include Kala'i Miller, fitness trainer; Kaulana the Magician; and Gareth Wynn-Williams of the University of Hawai'i Institute for Astronomy, who will help stir the mind and imagination. Also, Koko Crater Equestrian Center's super pentathlon team will give a demonstration, as will strongmen JT Wolfen, Kaimana, "Rock Star" Ricky Thunder and Nightmare.

The event is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Charles Spalding Clubhouse, Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, 1704 Waiola St. (behind Washington Middle School). It's free. 429-1516.
