ROSE MARIE LEPERE FRANK, 75, of Honolulu, died July 18, 2005. Born in Johnstown, Pa. Former executive secretary, Mackenzie Tours and Travel; one-time RCA Communications Reef Hotel "RCA Girl"; owner of booking agency, with placements that included Melveen Leed, The Laughing Kahunas, The Platters, the psychic Dr. Richard Ireland and Rip Taylor; owner of Hair House beauty salon chain; general manager of Le Boom Boom Club, International Market Place; management member of Talei Publishers Inc. Survived by brother, Richard; sisters, Margaret "Joanne," Elizabeth and Katie. Visitation 10 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Diamond Head Mortuary; service 10:30 a.m. No flowers. EDWARD Y.F. HEW, 81, of Kula, Maui, died July 24, 2005. Born in Makawao, Maui. Retired from Kula Hospital. Retired U.S. Army sergeant, Veterans Administration supervisor and Los Angeles County building manager at Patriotic Hall. KARL J. LILLIE, longtime local contractor and businessman, died July 22, 2005. Born in Kalamazoo, Mich. Proprietor of K.J. Lillie Co. and KJ&T Corp., and an avid golfer; life member of the Elks Club and member of the Waialae Country Club. Survived by children, Michael, Martha and Casey; four grandchildren. MANNING KAKAKAUA LIMARY JR., 65, of Kapolei, died July 19, 2005. Born in Honolulu. A fisherman.
