All garage sales are not equal. Here's one that promises to be way above average.

Borland Associates was an interior design firm owned by the late June and Vance Borland of Manoa. The contents of their home and design showroom are being put up for sale by family members in an estate sale. Items include Japanese antiques and personal collections, books and old LPs (yep, the vintage vinyl kind) as well as interior design and upholstery fabrics ideal for quilters and crafters.

The sale will run today and tomorrow from 8 a.m. until the family is exhausted. Location: 2018 Lanihuli Drive, Manoa.
