ML distribution 5 cents a share

ML Macadamia Orchards said the company declared a quarterly cash distribution of 5 cents per share at the June 2005 meeting of the board of directors of its general partner, ML Resources Inc.

The distribution matches previous ones and will be paid on Aug. 15 to the unit holders of record as of June 30.

It was the firm's 77th consecutive quarterly distribution dating back to the company's founding in 1986.
