TV building sale adviser retained

CB Richard Ellis Hawaii has been retained as the exclusive adviser for the sale of the KHNL/KFVE Building at 315 Sand Island Access Road.

The asking price for the 1-acre, fee-simple parcel and 10,800-square-foot building is $4.1 million.

The building is leased to television station KFVE and its sister station, KHNL, through 2008.
