Real estate investment tycoon Samuel Zell will present the 13th Kipapa i ke Ala lecture June 23 sponsored by the University of Hawai'i College of Business.

The talk, titled "Entrepreneurship and Ethics" will be presented from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the UH Campus Center Ballroom. Zell, chairman of Equity Group Investments LLC, is a self-made billionaire and has been called "the country's largest landlord." Admission is free. JMP Securities rates A&B 'market outperform'

Alexander & Baldwin Inc. received a rating of "market outperform" in new coverage by analyst James Wilson at JMP Securities. The price target is $60.00 per share. A&B shares closed today at $44.36, up 56 cents.
