Weekly Thoughts
When we find ourselves restless and unable to fall asleep at night, why not put happy thoughts into our mind instead of putting pills into our stomach? Why not ask yourself, "What happy things happened today? Did I see a beautiful sunset? Did I smell a fragrant rose? Did I do a good turn that wasn't discovered? Did I hear a child's laughter?" Think happy thoughts.
