Interfaith group to meet July 7

The Interfaith Open Table Hawai'i will welcome Jennifer Davis, deputy field director of the Interfaith Alliance, at a special 7 a.m. meeting July 7 at the UCC Conference boardroom, 15 Craigside Place.
The group usually meets at 7 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month.
Davis will discuss "Religious Diversity and Freedom of Religion: Are They In Peril?"
Davis has experience in field and event organizing, political activism and educational campaigns. She recently was named one of the "30 Under 30" by the Youth Vote Coalition, an award presented to 30 people under 30 who have made an outstanding impact on politics. Also on hand will be Donna Red Wing, adviser to The Interfaith Alliance.

Central Union Church's Summer Saturdays at Six presents a series of talks on different aspects of love throughout July.
The first will be "To Fight for Love" at 6 p.m. on July 2.
