• A flatbed truck involved in a fatal collision Tuesday night did not belong to Del Monte Corp. as was reported in a Local News story posted yesterday. Police now say the truck belongs to a cooperative of small farmers.

• If you come home to standing water in your laundry room, you should shut off the electrical power to your entire house at the breaker box, as well as the water supply to your home. If you live on O'ahu, do this by shutting off the property valve, on the property side of the meter. Then, call your insurance company and take photographs of the damage. An Island Life story posted Wednesday contained incorrect information.
