ISLAND LIFE SHORTS
His & hers hot towels

Advertiser Staff and News Services

Lavender soothes.

Here's a gentle and inexpensive way to show your guy the benefits of aromatherapy and give him a spa treatment in the privacy of his home, suggested by Joe Randazzo of J Salon in Chinatown.

To relax: Place about five drops of lavender oil (available at health-food and other stores) on a face towel. Warm the towel by placing it in a microwave oven. Have him lie back in an easy chair or on a bed and place the warm towel over his face. Leave it there until it cools.

To revive and energize, try eucalyptus oil. Of course, this is great for the girls as well.
