City Council confirms new bandmaster

The Honolulu City Council took final action on several key issues at its monthly meeting yesterday.

Dangerous dog law toughened | The council approved a tougher city ordinance on dangerous dogs "to better protect the public from such dogs and to deter dog owners from violating the ordinance."
