Tonight's Must-See
"Everybody Loves Raymond," 8 p.m., CBS. Which episode has been the best "Raymond"? Tonight, we'll see the winner of the viewers' online poll. So far, voters have picked two episodes that were relatively one-note. One (Marie accidentally makes an anatomic sculpture) finished No. 2; another (Robert embraces the black culture) was No. 5. The others have had the rich layers we expect from "Raymond." No. 4 involved a stalemate over who would move a suitcase; No. 3 had repercussions after Marie drove into Ray's house.
"The Bachelor" opener, 8 p.m., ABC. A new bachelor takes over, and if he seems kind of familiar, he is. Charlie O'Connell, 30, is the younger brother of actor Jerry O'Connell. He's tall (6-feet-3) and athletic and the former captain of a national championship fencing team at New York University.
"Perfect Upset: The 1985 Villanova vs. Georgetown NCAA Championship," 7 p.m., HBO. Twenty years ago, Georgetown had it all a powerful center (Patrick Ewing), a dominating coach (John Thompson), a No. 1 ranking. Villanova, lightly regarded, strung together upsets for the championship. This documentary retells the story. "Las Vegas," 8 p.m., NBC. When a high-tech surveillance device doesn't work, the casino people must resort to instinct. Meanwhile, Mary and Mike intervene after a husband is caught cheating. "Conquest of America," 7 p.m., History Channel; concludes tomorrow. After looting the Aztecs and Incas of their gold, the Spaniards looked North. In 1540, they launched a mission that went as far as what's now Kansas. That's the first of two stories tonight; the second has France and Spain battling for Florida's soul. "Medium," 9 p.m., NBC. Allison attends the execution of a drug lord.
