"Bad Education": Pedro Almodévar's film moves back and forth through time and gender roles, in the story of two men who meet again 15 years after they were lovers in school. Opens tomorrow at Varsity Twin. (NC-17)

"Sin City": A-list action stars rub shoulders with snaky villains and sexy wenches in a city where the streets are always wet, the cars are ragtops and everybody smokes. The cast includes Bruce Willis, Jessica Alba, Benicio Del Toro, Rosario Dawson, Clive Owen, Brittany Murphy, Mickey Rourke, Devon Aoki, Michael Clarke Duncan and Nick Stahl.
