Ale helps unbeaten Kahuku top McKinley

Aisha Ale scored 14 points as Kahuku defeated McKinley, 43-37 in a girls basketball game last night to remain undefeated in the O'ahu Interscholastic Association's Division I.

Linda Fowler led the Tigers with 13 points.

Kilioe Ali'ifua scored 13 of her 22 points in the third quarter and Sharde Pratt hit the go-ahead free throw with less than 30 seconds remaining as the Cougars beat the Rough Riders.

Chelsea Kadota scored 12 points for Roosevelt, which missed a shot on its final possession.
