MUSIC/DANCE

NIX Performing Arts Center auditions for dancers to train for their performance and competition teams and the new street company, 3-4:30 p.m. May 8 for ages 7-9; 4-5:30 p.m. for ages 10-12; and 5-6:30 p.m. for ages 13 and over. NIX PAC offers one-hour dance classes for $11-12 per class; dancers selected for the dance teams will receive a scholarship of $7.50 per class and will be required to take from three to four classes per week.
