Advertiser Staff

A 20-year-old former 'Aiea dance instructor pleaded not guilty yesterday to sexually assaulting four teenage students.

Circuit Judge Derrick Chan scheduled the trial for Daniel E. Jones, a former instructor with the Rosalie Woodson Dance Academy, for the week of July 6.

Jones is charged with first-degree and third-degree sex assault. He is accused of sexually assaulting three 13-year-old girls and a 14-year-old girl between August and March at various locations.

Jones, who was accompanied by supporters, is free on $150,000 bond.
