WILLIAM HARLEY BROWN, 74, of Pahrump, Nev., formerly of Hawai'i, died April 28, 2005. Born in Wapato, Wash. Retired U.S. Navy lieutenant junior grade submariner. Survived by wife, Natividad "Naty"; son, Sherman; daughters, Yvonne Harper, Stacey Tyson, Tamra Brown-Tagle and Marianne Rodrigues; brothers, Robert and Donald; sisters, Donna Stormo, Dona Taylor and Joy; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
