'Aiea, Pearl City reach semifinals

Cody Aquino and Derek Grace teamed on a two-hitter as 'Aiea upset West top seed Mililani, 7-2, yesterday in a quarterfinal game of the O'ahu Interscholastic Association baseball tournament.
Grace, who took over for Aquino in the fifth, also had three hits and drove in five runs to help Na Ali'i (9-3) beat the Trojans (9-2) for the second time this season.
Kurt Nishi batted 3 for 4 for fifth-seeded 'Aiea, which plays at Moanalua today in a semifinal game that starts at 4 p.m.

Tate Ikehara batted 4 for 4 and drove in five runs, helping the sixth-seeded Chargers surprise the second-seeded Mules at Fred Wright Park.
Relief pitcher Craig Calantoc struck out a Leilehua batter with runners on second and third in the bottom of the seventh to ensure Pearl City's victory.
Andrew Ontai batted 4 for 5 and had three RBIs for the Mules, who amassed 18 hits but were hurt by six errors.
