The raises affect about 200 employees and are part of a new, 18-month contract ratified by Teamsters Local 996.
Starting pay for flight attendants, customer service agents and ramp employees rose from $6.25 an hour to $8. Maintenance division workers' starting pay increased from $12 an hour to $14.50.
