• The first deadline for the 25th annual Tinman Triathlon is Monday. Entry fee for the July 17 event is $80. Forms can be found at running and bike stores, in Athletes Hawaii magazine, at www.tinmanhawaii.com or at active.com. The entry fee goes up to $100 for the next deadline, June 16. For details, 595-5317 or 596-0588. The triathlon is a 750-meter (.47-mile) swim, 35-kilometer (21.7-mile) bike ride and 10-kilometer (6.2-mile) run that starts in Waikiki at 5:20 a.m.

• The O'ahu Inline Hockey League Spring Tournament will begin Sunday at Kamiloiki Rink in Hawai'i Kai. The tournament, with several divisions, will continue on May 21 with championship games on May 22. Competition begins 7:45 a.m. Sunday and May 21. Championship games begin 9:30 a.m.
