Advertiser Staff

Can't get enough of those "Star Wars" spoofs? (Think "Thumb Wars: The Phantom Cuticle" and the new dark chocolate M&M's ad.) Here's an eco-friendly one.

"Store Wars: The Organic Rebellion" is a 5-minute Internet flick featuring Cuke Skywalker, right, Ham Solo, left, and other organic rebels battling with Darth Tader, the evil lord of the Dark Side of the Farm.

"Store Wars" is an outreach effort of the Organic Trade Association and Free Range Studios to educate consumers about the benefits of organic products. Visit www.storewars.org.

In a jam? Think it through

You can never say it enough: "Traffic jams suck."

But rather than cursing up a storm during these jam-up times, use the wait to your advantage by recognizing it as a terrific time to think, says Fern Marshall Bradley, author of "Shameless Shortcuts."

She suggests things like figuring out tomorrow's dinner menu, brainstorming ways to spruce up your garden or deciding which outfit you'll wear tomorrow.

"Keeping your brain in gear will help you feel far less stress than focusing on the traffic delay," she says.

Final word

Stella Mccartney | Fashion designer, 33, on some of her core beliefs, in the May issue of Organic Style magazine:

"An organic lifestyle is a matter of thinking not just about yourself, but about future generations."
