Armed robbery reported

Two men, both 26, have filed a police complaint alleging they were robbed at about 8 p.m. Wednesday near the corner of Kapi'olani Boulevard and Kamake'e Street.

Officers responding to a reported fight call said when they got there, the two men told them they had been robbed at knifepoint by as many as four men.

No arrests had been made as of this morning.



Domestic dispute ends with arrest

A 45-year-old Wahiawa man is facing criminal charges for allegedly beating and robbing his wife last week.

The woman, 41, told police her husband assaulted her on May 19 at their home on Waena Street and took money from her.

Police located the husband yesterday and arrested him on suspicion of abuse of a household member and second-degree robbery.



Man charged in alleged nude incident

A 40-year-old Pearl City man was charged with three counts of misdemeanor sexual assault yesterday for allegedly sitting in his car naked and motioning girls over to the side of his car under the guise of asking for directions.

Police arrested Douglas S. Baird near 98-913 Noelani St. just a short distance from his home. His bail was set at $6,000.



Little girl's injuries draw arrest

A 27-year-old Wahiawa woman was arrested yesterday in connection with the alleged beating of a 4-year-old girl, who lives in the same house, on Wednesday.

Police were called to a Wahiawa area school about 11:35 yesterday to investigate a report the girl had injuries to her face. They later went to the girl's home and arrested the woman on suspicion of abuse of a family or household member.
