RICHARD J. "RIC" ALIA BICOY, 47, of Charlotte, N.C., died May 5, 2005. Born at Mount Home Air Force Base, Idaho. An accomplished singer who sang with the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra and Hawaii Opera Theatre and won the Po'okela Award in 1989. Survived by mother, Canalica; sisters, Yolanda Osborn, Gwendolyn Cook, Clarissa Huston, Patricia Zelinski, Christine Putzulu, Sharene Simler and Marianne Bicoy; brothers, Thom Alia-Bicoy and Duane Bicoy. MAGDALENA LABUGUEN BUTAC, 88, of 'Ewa Beach, died May 18, 2005. Born in Lanao, Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
