The man found behind the steering wheel was arrested for unauthorized control of a motor vehicle.

During a search incidental to the arrest of one of the suspects, a glass pipe containing what appeared to methamphetamine was found and he was arrested for third-degree promotion of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
