The late Henry Kuualoha Giugni, a former aide to U.S. Sen. Daniel K. Inouye and Senate sergeant-at-arms, will be honored Tuesday at a public memorial service at the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, D.C.

Inouye, D-Hawai'i, and Gerald Cassidy, chairman of Cassidy & Associates, where Giugni worked as a lobbyist, will be among the speakers.

Giugni, who grew up in Pearl City, died Thursday of congestive heart failure.
