CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for public assistance in finding man who has been missing since Monday.

Billy Juarez, 21, who recently moved to O'ahu from Los Angeles, was last seen walking from his home in Hau'ula to a store on Kamehameha Highway about 6:30 p.m.

Juarez is 5-foot-11, approximately 180 pounds and has very closely cropped brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen wearing dark-colored shorts and a dark blue T-shirt with a Budweiser logo on the back.

Among his many tattoos are the number "76" on his left calf; the words "John John" on his left arm; and "Juarez" on his right elbow.
