Rainbow Warriors rout Saint Louis, 82-64

Advertiser Staff

It didn't take long for the old Julian Sensley to return.

After going scoreless in a loss at UNLV on Tuesday, Sensley scored 22 points tonight to lead the University of Hawai'i men's basketball team to a 82-64 victory over Saint Louis at the Stan Sheriff Center.

UH improved to 2-1, and will host UNLV in a rematch on Dec. 6. Saint Louis is 1-1.

UH's Matt Lojeski added 17 points, including five 3-pointers. Bobby Nash scored 13 points.

Earlier in the day, "Little Matt" Gibson was "suspended indefinitely" by head coach Riley Wallace.

Wallace said Gibson was suspended for "conduct detrimental to the team." Wallace did not want to elaborate on Gibson's conduct, or the length of the suspension.

Gibson, a 6-foot-5 junior guard, led the 'Bows in scoring last season with 13.0 points per game.

He has a total of nine points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals in two games this season.

Gibson was a starter for most of last season, but has played a reserve role so far this season.
