Oprah to feature 'Lost' stars' Hawai'i hangout

By Michael Tsai

Sure Matthew Fox can play "stranded on a mysterious not-so deserted island" as well as anybody, but who knew that he blends a mean smoothie as well?

Fox, who plays Jack on ABC's "Lost" led a camera crew from "The Oprah Winfrey Show" to his favorite Hawai'i juice spot, Lanikai Juice, where he got behind the counter to blend a few of his favorite concoctions.

Owner Pablo Gonzalez says Fox, Evangeline Lilly, Dominic Monaghan and Naveen Andrews have been daily visitors for as long as "Lost" has been filming in Hawai'i.

"The great thing is they act like normal people," he says. "They're very nice and down-to-earth. They respect other people in line. They're never in a rush."

For the record, Gonzalez says the usual for Fox is a bowl of acai and a "Kailua Monkey" — that's soy milk, bananas, peanut butter and protein powder.

The "Oprah" episode, which also features Sarah Jessica Parker and Orlando Bloom sharing some of their favorite hot spots, airs at 4 p.m. tomorrow on KHON.
