Body pulled from ocean identified

The city Department of the Medical Examiner has identified a body recovered yesterday in waters off Kualoa Point as that of Patrick Dikilato, 46, of 'Aiea.The incident was reported to police about 12:35 p.m.
Police said there were no indications of foul play.
The cause of death had not been determined as of this morning.
