Police charged a man who has been described as a "possible" suspect in the home invasion of "Lost" actor Josh Holloway with nine criminal counts yesterday, but not for the Holloway case, police said.

"We are emphasizing he is a "possible" suspect," HPD spokesperson Michelle Yu said.

Ruben Royce, 20, was charged with first degree burglary, first degree assault, second degree assault, car theft, two counts of violating a temporary restraining order and three counts of abusing a household member.

Royce's bail was set at $125,000.

The Holloway home invasion investigation is still open and ongoing, police said.
