We first spotted it on Sarah Jessica Parker during "Sex and the City." Then it graced the palms of Eva Longoria, Katie Couric and Edie Falco. Now the Yasmena bag has finally made its way to Hawai'i Macy's stores. The Yasmena bag wears like a bracelet but has one or two little pouches big enough for the necessary keys, cash, lipstick, compact, ID, mirror and cell phone. No more clutching, grabbing or hanging on to a big handbag. The beaded Yasmena bag, with enough glam for evenings, sells for $45 while the Yazzy on the Go pouch is $16 for a single pouch and $25 for a double pouch. Both come in pearlized white, silver and black. Beading glams up the Yasmena and takes it from day to evening.

CHALK IT UP

MORE COOL WAYS FOR KIDS TO HAVE FUN WITH A SIDEWALK

Kids getting bored with sidewalk chalk? Next time, jazz up the activity with these tips from Parenting magazine:

  • Dip chalk in water for more vibrant colors.

  • After your child colors the pavement, give him a large paintbrush and a bucket of water and let him paint away the art and start over.

  • Have your child lie down on the pavement and use chalk to trace her body. Then let her fill in details such as clothing, face and hair for a life-size drawing.

    FINAL WORD

"I used to (eat fast food). It's so bad for you, but still, sometimes you gotta do it. I actually had McDonald's recently: the No. 2 combo, and you put your fries in the burger. It's good stuff."
