Waterspout warning for Big Island waters

The National Weather Service has issued a warning for Big Island windward waters until 7:45 p.m.At 5:43 p.m. weather service radar showed a thunderstorm capable of producing a waterspout about 20 miles south of Cape Kumukahi. The thunderstorm was moving west slowly.
Frequent lightning is occurring with the storm.
