Rain cancels UH baseball game at Cal

Advertiser Staff

Hawai'i's nonconference baseball game Tuesday at the University of California was canceled because of rain in the Bay Area.

The game will not be made up because of scheduling logistics. The Bears have a Pac-10 series at Washington State starting on Thursday and the Rainbows travel to Nevada for a Western Athletic Conference series starting Friday.

This is the second nonconference game canceled by rain for the Rainbows. A game with UC Santa Barbara in Honolulu was canceled by rain, too.

A UH home game with Louisiana Tech that postponed by rain will be made up in Ruston, La., next month.
